How to register a Hi-Pass card

Apply in person at the outpatient/payment desk of the Administration Office on the 1st floor of the New Building, bringing your ID and the physical payment card
Available from the day of registration.

• Can only the applicant's (patient's) own card be registered?

• Yes, only the applicant's (patient's) own card can be registered.
  - After Hi-Pass card registration, immediate family may be added
  - If the cardholder cannot come in person: an immediate family member may register with the required documents
  (Visit with the power of attorney and consent form written by the owner, the physical card for payment, the owner's ID, the agent's ID, and a family relation certificate)
  
  ※ Personal information and card information are stored securely in a separate security system, and use for any purpose other than paying medical fees is strictly restricted.

Batch payment with the registered card that afternoon or the next morning

Cases where even Hi-Pass registered patients need to visit the Administration Office (payment desk)

• If a prescription is issued, You must collect your prescription at the outpatient/payment desk.
  (Automatic payment with the registered card is possible at the kiosk: prescription printout)
