Admission procedure
Step1
- If the attending doctor decides on admission after outpatient or emergency care, an admission order is issued and the admission agreement is completed
Step2
- Same-day admission: submit the admission agreement and your ID at the admission desk of the Administration Team to complete the admission process
- Admission reservation: If the surgery schedule or a room on the day of admission cannot be arranged, an admission reservation is made. On the reserved date, visit the Administration Office reception desk to register and submit the completed admission agreement.
Step3
- Once a room is assigned after admission processing, pre-admission tests are performed and you are admitted to the assigned ward
- After admission, nurses explain and hand out the inpatient guide
* Even if you have reserved admission, you may not be assigned the room you want if rooms are unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
What to prepare for admission

| Room supplies | Patients being admitted should bring personal items such as a cup, towel, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. |
| Patient gowns and bedding are provided by the hospital. (Bedding for guardians is not provided.) | |
| Please do not bring flammable materials or electric heaters that pose a fire risk, strong-smelling food, alcohol, playing cards, cash or valuables. | |

Discharge procedure
Step1
- The attending physician decides on discharge
- Discharge procedures explained at the ward nurses' station
- The nurse in charge prepares and explains a discharge care plan (outpatient appointment, test appointment, post-discharge precautions, medication guidance)
Step2
- When the inpatient bill is settled, we will call and text the contact number registered with the Administration Team to explain the discharge bill.
- After you are contacted, take your discharge nursing plan to the Administration Team reception/payment desk (New Building 1F, B1 / Main Building 1F) and complete the discharge process (payment of medical fees).
- Patients who need outpatient care after discharge make an appointment.
Step3
- Certificates are issued at the Administration Team reception/payment desk (New Building 1F and B1F / Main Building 1F). For faster issuance, please submit a document request form to the ward nurse 1~2 days before discharge.
Step4
- Show your discharge receipt at the nurses' station, review the post-discharge precautions, receive guidance on your discharge medication, and then go home.
