Pain Scrambler
What is the Pain Scrambler?
It is a cancer pain treatment device with the European CE mark and US FDA approval, and is one of the cancer pain treatments in use today.
The Pain Scrambler artificially creates a no-pain signal, applies it to the skin around the painful area of the spine and delivers it to the brain through non-invasive electrodes. The pain signal and the no-pain signal are transmitted to the brain mixed together, so the brain perceives them as an entirely different signal and the pain is forgotten.
The Pain Scrambler, certified in countries worldwide!

For terminal cancer patients unresponsive to medication

In 33 terminal cancer patients with severe pain, pain scores (VAS) were compared before and after each session, confirming that pain decreased after each Pain Scrambler treatment cycle.
For chronic neuropathic pain patients on drug therapy

In 26 patients with chronic neuropathic pain treated with the Pain Scrambler, the chart shows that pain improved more with Pain Scrambler treatment than with conventional drug therapy.
The Pain Scrambler, certified in countries worldwide!
Approved by the US FDA, Europe CD and the Korean MFDS / a non-invasive method that has also obtained FDA approval
The Pain Scrambler, already officially certified worldwide, received the CE mark, the European Union safety mark, in 2008, approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2009, and final approval from the Korea Food and Drug Administration in 2011.
That same year it obtained CPT Code III (new medical technology code) from the American Medical Association (AMA), and related papers have been published several times in US medical journals. The treatment results of the Pain Scrambler have also been proven in overseas clinical trials. Harvard Medical School and the University of Miami Pain Center in the United States have recognized the pain-relieving effect of this device. The Massey Center, a US national designated cancer center, announced clinical trial results last June showing that 15 of 16 patients with cancer pain experienced an average 59% reduction in pain.
